Water and Energy for Food 2.0 MENA programme

Track 4 Innovations

The Water & Energy for Food (WE4F) 2.0 MENA National Call for Innovations is open to early-stage firms in Syria!

We are seeking early-stage enterprises operating at the water, energy, and food nexus — from food processing and water management innovators to clean energy solutions, digital market platforms, and circular economy enterprises — with strong potential to increase food and water security and drive inclusive sustainable development in Syria.

Selected enterprises will join the WE4F 2.0 MENA innovator cohort and receive technical assistance from leading water–energy–food experts across the region. Based on assessed needs and milestones, enterprises may access grant funding of up to USD 30,000. In addition, WE4F facilitates investor matchmaking and supports enterprises in becoming investment-ready, with access to local and regional financing opportunities to help them grow their impact across Syria and beyond.

The Call for Innovations is open until 7 August 2026. We encourage early submissions. You may save your progress and return at any time. Please review the eligibility criteria and Solicitation Documents below before applying.
